Cancellation and Replacement of Service
- Cancellation or replacement of a service that has had an advance payment is carried out one day before the appointed date of the event, with the return of the full prepayment (the return occurs within 10 days). If less than a day is left before the event, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- Cancellation or replacement of a service that has NOT had an advance payment is carried out at any time before the start of the event, until payment has been made.
