Refund

Clients who have fully paid for the service or made an advance payment are entitled to a refund if there is at least 24 hours left before the scheduled start date of the event.
The refund depends on the specific service and is carried out in whole or in part within 10 days. Funds will be returned in the same way that payment was made.

If less than 24 hours remain before the appointed date, then the full payment or prepayment is NOT REFUNDABLE!
